When we first talk whether from email response, phone call or text we get some general information from you and schedule an in person estimate to be able to see the actual space you want to transform.
We will meet you , on time, for the scheduled appointment. We will do a walk around the space (inside or outside) to see what you want done exactly. At this point we will have a few questions that are simple to make sure we are on the same page.
After we go over the entire project and get our notes together we will need about 10 or 15 minutes to get the estimate written up for you. It will go over specifics of your job including the exact products to be used, time frame of job and cost.
After the estimate is written we go over it with you to double check that we 100% covered your needs and wants on your project. Everything is easy to read and organized in a way that it answers all of your questions.
There is no pressure to buy on the spot. Our goal is to present you with the information that you need so that you can make an informed decision based on real information. Sometimes we are the best pick and sometimes we are not. But either way we want to help you make a great choice.
If you decide that we are a good fit for you and confident that we can meet your needs , we move forward. A signed contract, deposit and start date is set once you're ready.
